Smoking at Debrecen International Airport is only permitted in designated areas marked with signs. Passengers may use tobacco products at the airport before passing through security checks in front of the terminal building entrance and in the designated smoking area inside the terminal. These areas are marked with signs reading "Designated smoking area" in accordance with Hungarian law.
The use of traditional and electronic cigarettes is prohibited in all other areas of the airport!
